John finance career, spanning 30 years, is highlighted with an enduring, successful entrepreneurial spirit.
Whether establishing a new mortgage banking presence, setting up a new lending platform, or providing informed insights into areas of new financial sector growth, John has experienced tremendous professional success. Drawing on $10B in transactional volume – across all different asset types – John and Brent established Montecito Capital Finance as an alternative lending source.

John used well-honed analytical acumen, with his strong people skills, to help clients with their capital structure evaluation process. John relies on his professional perfected tenat -simplicity coupled with deeply informed professional background provide the client the best banking experience.
BRENT BOTTELSEN
Brent Bottelsen launched his career as a Real Estate Agent and swiftly rose to become one of the Nations top agents.
Transitioning seamlessly into commercial real estate, he later advanced to become a Partner at GreenLake Asset Management LLC. Here, he steered alternative investment funds, most notably the esteemed GreenLake Real Estate Fund LLC. This fund specialized in short-term, high-yield commercial real estate loans, with a strategic focus on principal protection and diversification.

Beyond finance, Brent is also the owner of the Santa Barbara Tennis and Health Club, an expansive 12-acre retreat in the Santa Barbara foothills.
